The Opportunity 
We are seeking a proactive Senior Rewards Advisor to join our Rewards team on a 12 month fixed term basis, with the opportunity available for full-time or part-time. 

In this hands-on role, you will provide expert advice to senior leaders on reward strategies, policies, and programs, ensuring our practices are competitive, compliant, and support business objectives. 

Your primary responsibilities will include: 

• In conjunction with the Rewards team, design and implement reward policies and initiatives. 

• Lead or participate in cross-functional reward projects and apply continuous improvement to Reward at MinRes. 

• Support the delivery of annual and cyclical reward activities (remuneration review, incentives, bonus plans, reporting). 

• Conduct market research, salary benchmarking, and remuneration survey submissions. Prepare analysis and review pay structures for equity and compliance with policies and regulations. 

• Support the administration of employee share plans, including enrolments, maintenance and communications. 

• Partner on Reward with the Business Leaders and People teams and other key stakeholders as required and provide analytical insights to resolve business issues and support People Advisors and Managers.  

What is Required? 
Our ideal candidate will have extensive prior experience in a similar Rewards role within a large organisation, along with: 

• Degree in HR, Finance, Business or related field (preferred, not essential). 

• Skilled in benchmarking, job evaluation, incentives and benefits management. 

• Strong analytical, Excel and data skills. 

• Excellent communicator and a collaborative team player. 

• Growth mindset and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
