The Opportunity
MinRes are seeking experienced Exploration / Civil Earthworks Operators to join a tight-knit crew on our BHP Geoscience project, working across multiple BHP sites where teamwork, safe production and looking out for one another matter. You’ll work a consistent 2/1 Day Shift only FIFO roster from Perth (2 weeks on, 1 week off), with meaningful time at home while building your career with a leading WA resources company.

Roles Available:

• All Rounder Operators – Preferrable.
• Dozer Operator – Desirable

What is required?
To be successful, you will have:

• A demonstrated commitment to working safely in every aspect of your role
• A current Australian C-Class Driver’s Licence
• Nationally recognised ticket for operating
• Solid machine operating experience in Exploration / Civil Earthworks environment.
• Willingness to obtain a National Police Clearance
• The ability to complete a pre-employment medical, including drug and alcohol screening
• Unrestricted Australian work rights
