About the role

MinRes is looking for an Induction Centre Coordinator based at our Queensland Induction Centre in Yatala. In this position, you’ll play an important role in creating a positive first impression for every new team member joining Mineral Resources.

This will be a part time role, working Thursdays and Fridays.

Key Responsibilities will include;

• Ensure the face-to-face and remote induction experience for each candidate is outstanding
• Administration tasks including – development of inductee training plans, booking system management and monitoring shared inbox in Outlook to ensure timely responses
• Uploading of relevant tickets and certificates into INX
• Engage and support inductees throughout the day with online learning modules to ensure they are compliant to mobilise to site
• Ensure that inductees are fitted and issued with correct PPE and recorded correctly
• Maintain accurate inventory control and prompt replenishment of PPE

What you’ll bring to the team

• Demonstrated experience in a customer-facing role with exceptional customer service
• Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite
• Good organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with a wide range of people
