The opportunity

The Lead Power Platform Developer will be responsible for managing, maintaining and administering key custom CRM-based corporate applications within the Dynamics 365 portfolio.

Collaborate with senior stakeholders, set new standards of excellence, and make a lasting impact across the organisation.

This is a permanent full-time role based on a Monday-Friday work schedule at our Head Office in Osborne Park.

Your primary responsibilities:

  • Provide technical and architectural advice on Dynamics 365 best practices 
  • ​Lead the continual development and support for the MinRes Dynamics 365 CRM platform 
  • ​Collaborate with product and technical teams to design and develop product features 
  • ​Deliver solution enhancements to the Dynamics 365 applications whilst adhering to good development practices 
  • ​Provide input to strategic planning, road mapping and estimating sessions as required 
  • ​Support the technical team by providing technical direction and review of deliverables 
  • ​Develop support documentation  
  • Leverage AI-assisted and emerging agentic AI tools to improve solution design, development efficiency, testing, documentation, and support outcomes across the Dynamics 365 platform

What is required?

  • Tertiary qualification in Software Development is desirable  
  • Extensive experience in custom Dynamics 365 development  
  • Demonstrates strong communication, interpersonal, relationship-building and negotiation skills to influence internal stakeholders 
  • ​Experience with development of business systems and solution design  
  • ​Highly organised with a strong attention to detail 
  • ​Uses initiative, demonstrates resilience and a continuous improvement mindset and proactive approach to problem solving 
  • ​Understanding of system integration techniques and complexities​ 
  • Experience using AI-enabled development tools within the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, code generation, code review, troubleshooting, and documentation would be highly regarded.
