About the Role

We are seeking a proactive and highly organised Recruitment Advisor to manage high‐volume blue‐collar recruitment for our Crushing & Processing team. You’ll partner closely with operational leaders to identify workforce needs, source top talent, and deliver seamless, timely onboarding experiences.

In this fast‐paced environment, outstanding organisational skills will be key to managing multiple recruitment processes, meeting deadlines, and maintaining exceptional candidate and stakeholder experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the end‐to‐end recruitment lifecycle – job briefings, advertising, screening, interviewing, reference checks, and qualification verification.
  • Apply exceptional organisational skills to balance multiple campaigns, stakeholders, and priorities without compromising quality or timelines.
  • Coordinate pre‐employment requirements, including medicals, police checks, and site‐specific compliance.
  • Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, providing regular, insightful recruitment updates.
  • Proactively develop and maintain talent pools for hard‐to‐fill and upcoming roles.
  • Deliver smooth onboarding experiences for new starters, including PPE ordering and workplace induction scheduling.
  • Provide strategic sourcing recommendations and labour market insights to operational leaders.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and reporting tools for transparency and compliance.

What You'll Bring

  • Demonstrated experience delivering end‐to‐end recruitment in Crushing & Processing or mining operations.
  • Proven high‐volume blue‐collar recruitment background in the resources sector.
  • Strong headhunting skills across LinkedIn Recruiter, Seek, and other sourcing platforms.
  • Resilience and adaptability to thrive in a high‐demand, fast‐paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently while contributing effectively to a close‐knit team.
  • Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills with a solutions‐focused mindset.
  • Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail, prioritisation, and time management skills.
