The Opportunity
Crushing Services International presents an exceptional career opportunity for a highly skilled Mobile Crushing Supervisor, offering an attractive remuneration package and the chance to excel in a challenging and rewarding role. Reporting directly to the Superintendent, you will thrive as a natural leader, adept at guiding and mentoring a high-performing team of tradespeople and operators.
Your expertise will drive operational efficiency, foster innovation, and ensure best-in-class standards are consistently achieved.
This role is on a 7D 7N 7RR roster, FIFO from Perth across diverse sites in Western Australia.
- Take ownership of mobile crushing operations, overcoming complex challenges to meet and exceed ambitious safety, efficiency, and production targets.
- Conduct thorough inspections and drive a proactive approach to plant maintenance and equipment reliability.
- Champion a robust safety culture, rigorously enforcing compliance and setting the benchmark for all team members.
- Provide clear direction, daily task allocation, and hands-on supervision to your reports, delivering positive results through skilled mentoring and leadership.
- Facilitate engaging and purposeful pre-start meetings, return-to-work sessions, and safety interactions (PSIs).
- Instil a sense of accountability and pride in your team, setting and upholding high expectations whilst supporting individual development and achievement.
What is required?
- Prior experience in a supervisory/leadership role within a mobile-crushing environment
- Strong technical knowledge of processes, and maintenance practices.
- In-depth operational and technical expertise with mobile crushing equipment (e.g., Terex, Kleemann, Power Screen, McCloskey), including processes and maintenance practices.
- Current or working towards Schedule 26 Statutory Supervisor exam
- Valid C Class Drivers Licence
- Working at Height and Confined Space Nationally recognised tickets (Desirable)
- National recognised ticket: Conduct wheel loader operations (Desirable)
