Your Mission:
Lead and coordinate all aspects of village operations, ensuring our accommodation facilities run seamlessly 24/7. You'll oversee housekeeping, maintenance, catering coordination, and guest services while managing a dedicated team committed to creating a home away from home for our workforce.

What You'll Do:
- Supervise daily village operations and staff across multiple departments
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards
- Manage budgets, resources, and contractor relationships
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives
- Provide exceptional customer service to village residents
- Coordinate with site operations and external service providers

What We're Looking For:
- Proven supervisory experience in hospitality, facilities management, or similar operations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate diverse teams
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Experience in remote or FIFO environments preferred
- Current driver's license and willingness to work flexible hours
