The Opportunity

Join our dynamic team as an Organisational Development Specialist! In this vibrant and engaging role, you’ll play a key part in delivering and coordinating exciting OD initiatives that shape our Organisation’s future. You’ll support the design, rollout, and ongoing improvement of cyclical OD programs in areas such as employee engagement, performance and goals. talent management, and capability development.  This role would suit someone with a solid HR background who enjoys working in a collaborative team, delivering projects, and helping build a positive workplace culture.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver assigned OD initiatives in line with agreed scope, timelines and standards.
  • Support the design, administration and continuous improvement of cyclical OD programs (e.g. engagement, leadership, talent and succession and performance & goals).
  • Coordinate surveys, data collection, reporting and follow‑up actions for engagement and culture initiatives.
  • Develop program materials, guidance and communications in collaboration with internal stakeholders for leaders and employees.
  • Support leadership and capability initiatives through coordination, content development and stakeholder engagement.
  • Assist with reporting, insights and recommendations to support decision‑making.
  • Support the OD Manager or OD Principal on large projects.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities within existing OD processes and systems.
  • Provide advice and support to HR and business stakeholders within agreed parameters.

What is required?

  • Degree level qualification preferred, in Human Resources,  Organisational Psychology or related discipline.
  • Experience delivering HR, OD or People initiatives in a complex or operational environment, preferably in mining industry.
  • Working knowledge of OD and people practices  with collaborative and delivery focused approach.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and coordination skills.
  • Well-developed communication skills– both oral and written.     
  • Ability to translate concepts into practical, usable tools and actions.
