The Opportunity
We are searching for a Training & Development Compliance Administrator to join our team based at our Head Office in Osborne Park. This is a 12-month fixed term opportunity on a Mon-Fri work roster.
Your focus will be providing high-quality administrative support to the Training Compliance Administration Team, ensuring that high standards are maintained through the end-to-end processing of internal assessments and post-course administration.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Provide administrative support to the Compliance Team Lead, Training Administration Superintendent, Training Bookings Team, and Operations Support, with occasional tasks as directed by the Manager - Training Operational Support.
- Deliver professional, timely, and quality service to all MinRes customers.
- Ensure compliance with MinRes Company Standards.
- Assist in the end-to-end Internal Training Assessment process.
- Provide administration and reporting support for Training Operational Support.
- Support the Training Bookings Team with post-course administration.
- Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency.
- Maintain a close working relationship with our associated RTOs.
What is Required?
Our ideal candidate will have previous demonstrated experience in a T&D Compliance Administrator role or similar.
Strong knowledge required in:
- Demonstrated experience working in a dynamic, agile administrative role.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel (intermediate level minimum), SharePoint, and Microsoft Dynamics.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Experience in a mining environment (desirable).
- Understanding of the Australian Quality Training Framework (AQTF) (desirable).
- Excellent customer service and support skills.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise workload.
- Experience in generating reports and documents.
Other key skills, experience, and qualifications:
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (desirable).
- Tertiary qualification in Business Administration or a similar field with some background in Learning and Development / Quality Assurance.
- Valid C-Class driver’s licence.
- Current Australian working rights.
