About the role

The Training Administrator role is located at our state-of-the-art Induction Centre in Osborne Park. We are seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our team at a busy Induction Centre, supporting candidates as they begin their journey at MinRes.

This role is front-facing and hands-on. You will play a key part in guiding candidates through their first day, ensuring all training and compliance requirements are met and that each participant has a smooth, professional induction experience.

Key Responsibilities will include;

  • Welcome and support candidates throughout their first day at the induction centre, ensuring a positive onboarding experience.
  • Ensure each candidate is fully compliant for site access, including verifying that all required tickets, certifications, and documents are collected and valid.
  • Provide clear guidance, instructions, and ongoing support to candidates throughout the induction process.
  • Liaise with trainers, operational teams, and other internal departments to coordinate site readiness and training requirements are met.
  • Ensure inductees are correctly fitted with and issued the appropriate PPE, with accurate recording, inventory control, and prompt replenishment as required.

 

What you’ll bring to the team

  • Proven Training Administration experience within an RTO
  • Previous mining industry experience (essential)
  • Strong understanding of compliance and RTO processes
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Suite Office, INX, Coupa
