What does the team do?

Our team is responsible for delivering end-to-end recruitment for all White Collar roles across the entire MinRes business. We play a critical role in attracting high-quality talent to support our teams across all MinRes locations, ensuring we meet our business objectives and future growth plans.

We are a trusted and valued partner within MinRes, working closely with Hiring Leaders, including senior executives, to identify, engage, and secure the best talent in the market. Our remit spans the full breadth of the organisation requiring a tailored, strategic approach to every hire.

Key Accountabilities:

• Delivering full-cycle recruitment services to meet the dynamic needs of current operations and future projects.
• Providing strategic recruitment advice to hiring leaders, including senior stakeholders.
• Proactively building and maintaining talent pools for niche and hard-to-fill roles.
• Acting as a subject matter expert in recruitment, offering insights into sourcing strategies, labour market conditions, and best practices.

 You and your expertise:

• Demonstrated success recruiting across a broad range of white-collar roles.
• Deep expertise in headhunting and proactive sourcing, particularly via LinkedIn and other professional networks.
• Skilled in engaging both active and passive candidates, using creative and strategic sourcing techniques to attract top-tier professionals.
• Comfortable influencing and advising senior managers and stakeholders, with a consultative and solutions-focused approach.
• Resilient and committed to delivering a high-quality service, even in fast-paced and high-demand environments.
