The Opportunity
We’re seeking a Maintenance Systems Specialist to provide expert leadership in developing, implementing, and continuously improving our maintenance management systems. Your work will optimise the reliability, performance, and cost-effectiveness of our assets, while integrating best-practice processes and policies across our operations.

This role is based at our Head Office in Osborne Park on a Monday – Friday roster.

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Lead and deliver key improvement initiatives for maintenance systems
• Implement and embed effective maintenance management systems across operations
• Conduct process and data audits, providing clear reports and recommendations
• Engage with stakeholders across engineering, planning, and digital teams
• Support operational personnel with system guidance and best-practice tools
• Ensure policies and processes meet organisational objectives and industry standards

About You
You’ll be an experienced maintenance professional who thinks analytically, passion for system optimisation, problem-solving, and driving operational excellence. Having worked in operational site-based roles within the mining industry will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

• Trade certificate OR tertiary engineering qualification
• Extensive plant maintenance experience in a mining environment
• Advanced knowledge of master data management in maintenance systems
• Strong understanding of work management processes and standards
• Proven ability to lead and collaborate with diverse teams
