About the Opportunity

We’re currently seeking experienced Leading Hand Electricians to join our Processing Maintenance team at our Mount Marion Lithium Mine. These are full-time positions on a 2/2 day shift only roster. This is a great opportunity to step into a stable, long term role within a high performing team, with ongoing support and training to excel in your position.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Lead electrical maintenance team
  • Carry out preventative and breakdown maintenance to minimise downtime
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults on conveyors, crushers, and pumps
  • Ensure safe work practices and compliance with site standards
  • Coordinate daily tasks, allocate work, and keep accurate maintenance records
  • Assist in improving maintenance procedures and safety initiatives
  • Liaise with other trades and site management to resolve issues
  • Perform inspections and testing to ensure equipment reliability
  • Participate in toolbox talks and contribute to safety meetings

What is required:

  • Demonstrated safety commitment
  • WA Electrical License
  • Current Manual C Class Drivers License 
  • LVR & CPR
  • First Aid
  • Construction Induction Card 
  • Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
  • Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements

About Mount Marion

Mt Marion is located 40km southwest of Kalgoorlie in the Goldfields region of Western Australia. MinRes manages all mining activities at Mt Marion, including a spodumene concentrate processing plant with an annual production capacity of 600,000 tonnes (SC6 equivalent).
