The Role

Our AMG Kwinana Workshop team are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to assist our Kwinana Workshop team. Reporting directly through the GM Maintenance, you will provide Administrator support to all areas of the Workshop team.

Located south of Perth, the Kwinana Workshop is the largest facility of its kind in Western Australia and undertakes the fabrication of mining and processing plants as well as fixed and mobile equipment maintenance. The workshop services MinRes and client sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enter and maintain employee timesheets, payroll, and job costing data in Success Factors and the Job Cost Portal.
  • Track and record staff absences, leave requests, and attendance.
  • Maintain and distribute up-to-date rosters.
  • Prepare pre-shift reports, safety quizzes, and Toolbox Meeting materials.
  • Compile, monitor, and update safety statistics and KPIs, including field interactions, inspections, and hazard reports.
  • Assign and follow up supervisors’ safety KPIs weekly via Teams.
  • Coordinate and send final inspection documentation as required.
  • Review and process courier invoices in Coupa.
  • Manage uniform orders and office supplies.
  • Close and update work orders in Pronto.
  • Finalise fortnightly payroll runs.
  • Conduct monthly fuel card costings.

What will you bring?

  • Intermediate Microsoft Office
  • Previous experience in mining or workshops
  • Experience with INX , Pronto & Coupa desirable
  • great communication skills
  • have good attention to detail
  • Ability to manage own time effectively
