The Opportunity

In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. You will work closely with key stakeholders to gather and document requirements, analyse processes and contribute to the successful implementation of business solutions. This role will see you implementing strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills and supporting business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead stakeholder engagement to understand and document business needs across multiple functions
  • Maintain process maps and business requirements documentation using standard tools and methodologies
  • Elicit, analyse, and document functional/non functional requirements, ensuring clarity, conciseness, and alignment with business objectives
  • Achieve endorsement of requirements from business stakeholders and maintain change control processes
  • Analyse business processes to identify improvement opportunities
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design solutions that meet documented requirements and supply chain process needs
  • Facilitate workshops and collaborative sessions to gather feedback and align on deliverables
  • Assist in testing and QA activities, including UAT, to ensure solution quality and stakeholder satisfaction
  • Provide post deployment solution support and triage
  • Build strong working relationships across business units to support collaborative project outcomes

 

What is Required:

  • Tertiary qualification in Business, Information Technology or related field
  • Proven Business Analyst experience, ideally in a technology or software development environment
  • Exposure to asset maintenance, supply chain, inventory and purchasing processes highly advantageous
  • Prior involvement in implementing or enhancing Microsoft Dynamics solutions strongly preferred
  • Exposure to collaborative development frameworks and tools such as Azure DevOps or similar (e.g. Jira, Confluence) is highly desirable
  • Strong background in requirement gathering, business process mapping and stakeholder engagement in complex environments
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Confident and clear communicator with experience managing various stakeholders
  • Ability to adapt to evolving priorities in a fast‑paced environment
