The Opportunity
MinRes is seeking motivated Site Administrators to support the Haulage operations and the Port & Marine operations at our Onslow Iron Project.

These roles are on a 12-month fixed-term contract, based on an 8D 6RR roster FIFO from Perth to Onslow. This is a perfect opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment! We want someone who has a ‘can-do attitude’ and is eager to contribute to our busy team. You will be a key player in managing administrative tasks and supporting daily operation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to site management and staff, including roster management, leave management, travel coordination, scheduling meetings and issuing correspondence.
• Coordinate with various internal and external stakeholders, including operations, HR, payroll, safety, training, mobilisations and subcontractors to ensure seamless communication and operational efficiency.
• Working closely with our people logistics team, booking travel and logistics, managing rosters and any changes that come up on a day-to-day basis. Liaise with subcontractors to arrange travel and accommodation requirements.
• Raise requisitions, receipting purchase orders as directed by the Site Manager(s) and following up on invoices.
• Support employees with timesheet entry queries and ensure cost codes are allocated in the relevant systems.
• Act as a liaison between the site and corporate offices, handling inquiries and ensuring timely communication of relevant information.

What is required?

• Demonstrated experience in a similar site-based administration or customer facing role
• Great organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented, proactive, with a strong ability to manage time effectively and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Experience using mobilisation and flight management software (INX and SAM)
• Strong Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skills
• Current Australian working rights

Onslow Iron Project
Our Onslow Iron project is set to redefine mining in Western Australia through world-first autonomous road trains, industry leading dust free transport and innovative transhipping.

Taking shape 150 kilometres east of Onslow, the project will ship around 35 million tonnes of iron ore per year and is expected to have a mine life of more than 30 years.

The project encompasses the Ken’s Bore mine (approximately 150km from Onslow), Truck Maintenance Facility and Onslow Port infrastructure.
