We're searching for a diligent Workshop Supervisor to manage our Road Train Haulage Maintenance Operations at Onslow Iron. Directly reporting to the Workshop Superintendent, your priority will be supervising all labour and contract resources, managing safe and efficient daily asset maintenance, ensuring compliance with safe work systems, and cost-effectively minimising downtime.

As a full-time permanent member of our team, you will be working on a roster of 8 days on, 6 days off, 7 nights on, 7 days off.

Ideal Candidate:

We're looking for someone who has at least 5 years' experience in a similar role, demonstrating successful leadership, coordination of multiple trades, and relationship building. Experience in managing logistics in mining environments is required.

The Onslow Port contributes to the coastal aspect of the Onslow Iron Project. Achieving success will include innovative transhipping solutions, allowing MinRes to export millions of tons of ore without a deep-water port need. The resort-style accommodation village on Onslow Beach will set a new industry standard for approximately 450 workers.
