About the Opportunity

A wholly owned subsidiary of Mineral Resources Ltd (ASX: MIN), CSI Mining Services is a leading provider of pit-to-ship mining services unique to the resources industry. As one of Australia’s largest mining services contractors, CSI supports MinRes projects and external clients by providing capital infrastructure and whole-of-life operational expertise. CSI operations in Western Australia and Queensland. 

We are seeking Haul Truck Operators to join our team for current and future opportunities.

These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate the Haul Truck in a safe and efficient manner in line with site specific procedures and priority rules.
  • Ensure that all loads are collected and dumped at the correct stockpiles.
  • Conduct daily pre-start checks of the Haul Trucks prior to operating.
  • Keep accurate records of material movement and times of loading on the load sheets.
  • Utilise positive communications to ensure safe interactions with other traffic on the mine site.
  • Report any faults, hazards or incidents through hazard card reporting to your Supervisor.
  • General housekeeping of assets.

What is required:

  • Demonstrated safety commitment
  • Flexible and versatile attitude
  • Current Australian Driver's License (HR License preferred)  
  • Production Mining experience on Dump Trucks CAT777, CAT785 and/or CAT789.
  • Confined Space with Gas Testing (desirable)
  • Working at Heights (desirable)
