As our Maintenance Supervisor, you'll play a crucial role in leading a skilled team of technicians, ensuring the safe and efficient utilisation of our facilities, tools, and equipment. Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and rectify defects through effective maintenance activities to ensure optimal functioning of mobile equipment.
  • Provide leadership and support to the team, ensuring work is delivered according to project schedules and within budget.
  • Monitor and evaluate the skills and performance of workers, providing necessary training, mentoring, and coaching.
  • Develop and administer maintenance plans using a Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for improved efficiency.
  • Review maintenance plans and reports to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to assess and adjust the scope of work responsibilities as needed.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes, and procedures for standardised work management.
  • Plan and coordinate weekly and daily mobile maintenance activities, addressing technical and logistical challenges to maintain smooth operations.
  • Lead a positive and engaged safety culture; ensure full compliance with statutory regulations and safety requirements in all maintenance activities.
  • Contribute to the development of maintenance systems, standards, processes, and procedures to standardise and optimise maintenance work across site.

What you’ll bring to the team

  • 5 years plus of Mobile Equipment Supervision.
  • Trade Qualified HD Mechanic.
  • Experienced with large civil projects.
  • Extensive large fleet mobile maintenance supervisory experience on a mine site.
  • Experienced in planning and scheduling.
  • Ability to coach and mentor the maintenance team.
  • High degree of computer literacy including the use of Microsoft Excel and database management systems.
  • Significant demonstrated leadership which supports a high-performance culture.
  • Hold a current WA HR Driver’s Licence.
  • Have a OHS Card.
  • Possess a Section 44 or Schedule 26 Certificate.
