Mineral Resources (MinRes) is expanding, and our People Logistics team is looking for an experienced Mobilisation Officer to help support our continued growth. Reporting to the Supervisor, you'll play a vital role in managing the end-to-end mobilisation process for new starters and contractors across the business. This role is an 8:6 roster based at our Osborne Park Head Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate mobilisations for both internal staff and external contractors
  • Ensure all compliance requirements are met in line with MRL and client site standards
  • Organise and facilitate training and inductions for new and existing personnel
  • Liaise with external service providers as needed
  • Manage bookings and logistics using INX software
  • Monitor and update workflow spreadsheets regularly
  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the team
  • Promote a culture of safety while delivering excellent service

What You’ll Bring:

  • Proven experience in a fast-paced mobilisation or logistics role
  • Experience mobilising personnel to Rio Tinto and BHP sites (preferred)
  • Good understanding of mine site and construction industry requirements
  • INX system experience (highly desirable)
  • Good understanding of position-specific qualifications and compliance requirements.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Ability to build strong relationships with on-site Managers, Superintendents, and Project Managers
  • A proactive and personalised approach to anticipating team needs
  • Strong prioritisation skills and the ability to perform under pressure
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects while maintaining high service standards
  • A collaborative, can-do attitude with a sense of fun and team spirit
