About the Opportunity:

As the largest global crushing contractor, we have operations across Western Australia - operating in iron ore, lithium and hard rock.

We are seeking expressions of interest from Rockbreaker Operators with fixed plant crushing experience to join our team at West Angelas. These roles are full time positions and can allow you to grow your skill set with on-site training and the opportunity to develop your career on the tools and as a leader.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate excavator-mounted hydraulic rock breakers to break oversized rocks and boulders that could block or damage crushers, screens, or conveyors
• Position and manoeuvre the boom accurately to target problem areas
• Respond promptly to crusher blockages
• Maintain clear communication with the control room operator during interventions
• Conduct pre‑start checks and routine inspections of the rockbreaker and associated equipment.
• Report faults or wear to supervisors and assist maintenance teams when required.
• Operation and maintenance of Mobile Equipment including servicing and cleaning, and completion of Equipment Inspection Check Sheets as required
• All aspects of housekeeping including cleaning of the mobile plant, Control Room and Company vehicles, and also including clean-up of spillage within the Plant using both manual and mechanical methods
• Assisting maintenance workers with maintenance and servicing of Plant and Equipment during Plant shutdowns and breakdowns.
• Completion of any other tasks and activities within your competency as directed by the Site Leadership Team
• Compliance with all Company & Site Rules and Regulations as stipulated by the Company and/or the Client
• Participate in hazard identification, assessment and control
• Providing input and feedback for Plant and Operational improvements.

Tickets & Licenses Required:

• Current Australian Driver's License (HR license desirable)
• Rio Tinto inductions (desirable) 
• Excavator NRT 
• Construction Induction Card 
• Working at Heights, Confined Space and Gas Testing (desirable)
• Nationally Coordinated Criminal History Check (NCCHC)
• Ability to meet pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening requirements.
