Your Impact:

Transform our village into a thriving community hub by designing and delivering exceptional lifestyle programs. From organising fitness classes to coordinating cultural events and recreational tournaments, you'll be the driving force behind experiences that make our residents feel truly at home.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute innovative lifestyle events and wellness programs
  • Manage and maintain recreational facilities and coordinate activity schedules
  • Build strong relationships with residents, understanding their diverse interests
  • Foster an inclusive, welcoming village atmosphere

What You Bring:

  • Certificate III or IV in Fitness and/or Leisure and Health (or equivalent)
  • Tertiary education in Health Science, Injury Prevention, or a related discipline will be highly regarded
  • Experience in community engagement, event management, or hospitality
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Creative mindset with a passion for health, fitness and wellbeing
  • Strong problem-solving and team-building skills, with a proactive approach
  • Willingness to support the broader team and project
