The Opportunity;

Reporting to the Lead Application Support, you will be responsible for managing, maintaining and administering key Mining applications within the Application Portfolio.

This role will be based in Head Office in Osborne Park. The role will be an 8 hour working day, coverage can start from 6am until 6pm.

• Provide operational support for applications within the mining domain.
• Provide operational support for analytics, reporting, business intelligence and underlying systems
• Handle and resolve incidents and problems efficiently, minimizing impact on business operations
• Liaise with vendors, stakeholders and other IT Teams to coordinate support activities, development efforts and project implementations
• Ensure applications comply with company policies, cybersecurity best practices, and regulatory requirements.
• Coordinate and facilitate business and functional requirements and systems analysis for minor project work
• Provide training and support for end users
• Occasional after-hours support

What is required;

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science or similar and/or equivalent related experience.
• 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology.
• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
