The Opportunity

Reporting to the Workshop Superintendent Onslow Port operations, you will be tasked with providing strategic leadership to site logistics personnel to achieve maximum benefit to MinRes, whilst also responsible for overseeing the day-to-day Supply & Logistics operations of the site.

• Adhere to all MinRes policies, procedures, and standards- promoting a positive culture relating to these areas and ensure a high level of compliance.
• Ensure safety of the team and others within the supply area, is of the highest priority. This includes but limited to risk awareness, hazard identification, implementing control measures and completing take time’s, JHA’s, SWI’s, CCI’s, stop-work or toolbox meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and transport companies through good communication channels
• Produce reports and statistics regularly to monitor and action specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems, including service logs, training registers and safety records
• Create requisitions for required parts, working within budgetary constraints

What is required?

• Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (Desirable)
• LF Forklift Ticket
• C Class Drivers Licence (HR an advantage)
• Intermediate experience in a supply leadership or similar position
• Experience using MS Office suit with a good understanding of excel spreadsheets and analysis.
• S26 or working towards
