Mineral Resources seeks a dynamic Check-in Operator to join our MinRes Air Team. Play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless personnel and resource movements across our mining operations.

In this key position, you'll coordinate the check-in process for employees, contractors, and visitors. Maintain accurate personnel records while adhering to safety protocols. Collaborate cross-functionally on logistics and deployment.

What You'll Do:
- Process passenger check-ins for charter flights to remote mining locations
- Verify travel documentation, security clearances, and site access requirements
- Coordinate with flight crews, ground services, and operational teams
- Handle baggage processing and weight distribution calculations
- Provide exceptional customer service to employees and contractors
- Maintain accurate passenger manifests and compliance records

The ideal candidate possesses:
- Experience in customer service/check-in roles, preferably at Perth airports or within in the FIFO industry
- Valid ASIC (Aviation Security ID Card)
- Dangerous Goods Certification
- Exceptional organisation and multitasking abilities
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in relevant software/systems
