The Opportunity
We’re seeking an experienced Training Administrator to join our team, located in South Guildford. This role provides specific training administrative support to the MinRes business and is focused around providing a high level of customer service and employee compliance and core business is managed effectively.
The Training Centre itself provides training support to remote mine site locations which include delivering National Recognised Qualifications and assessing our employees with their current qualifications through a Verification of Competency.
- Compliance-based reporting and distribution (e-Learning completion, compliance reporting).
- Regular auditing of training records.
- Provide professional, timely and quality service to all customers
- Provide ongoing support and guidance on the MinRes Training System (e.g. INX InTuition).
- Assist in the end to end of internal and external Training Bookings
- Continuously improve processes within the training space for better efficiency
- Support MinRes through the continuous promotion of training initiatives and opportunities (eg, authorised assessor program, internal training courses, training updates)
- Maintain a close working relationship with our associated Registered Training organisations and provide them with front of house support where required
- Other general administration duties as required
What is required?
- Previous experience working within a Register Training Organisation (RTO)
- Strong administration background in Training environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word). Microsoft Project understanding would be desirable
- High attention to detail for data entry
- Ability to work in a high pressure environment
- Able to multi-task and prioritise workload
- High customer service focused
- Great team player, yet able to work independently
