The Opportunity

We are looking for a Aerodrome Supervisor to commence at our established Aerodrome based at Wodgina, offering Fly In, Fly Out from Perth on a 8/6 roster. This is an exciting opportunity to display your skills in the Aviation industry and manage a diverse and capable team of aviation professionals. 

The successful candidate will come with 3 years experience in Aerodrome / airline / aviation background. A high level of experience in emergency management, safety and incident management, aeronautical data management and aerodrome technical inspection (ATI) planning is essential. 

Experience you will require:

• Current Aerodrome Reporting Officer certification (for ARO positions) with experience overseeing teams
• Aeronautical Radio Operators Certificate 
• Dangerous Goods Licence (DG)
• Wildlife Hazard Management Training completed
• A sound understanding of the regulatory requirements and application of MOS 139 (for ARO positions)
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Decision making skills and ability to work under pressure.
