The Opportunity

CSI Mining Services is on the hunt for a seasoned Warehouse Supervisor to join our cohesive and skilled team. With your experience, you'll be contributing to the success of the Onslow Iron project. In this crucial role, you'll find yourself surrounded by a supportive team. Seize the opportunity to become a key player in this exciting venture!

This full-time, permanent position follows an 8D 6RR roster.

Your Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to safety standards and company policies.
  
  
• Foster the growth and development of warehouse staff through training and mentoring, ensuring a skilled and motivated team capable of meeting operational goals.

• Adhere to all MinRes policies, procedures, and standards- promoting a positive culture relating to these areas and ensure a high level of compliance.
• Ensure safety of the team and others within the supply area, is of the highest priority. This includes but limited to risk awareness, hazard identification, implementing control measures and completing take time’s, JHA’s, SWI’s, CCI’s, stop-work or toolbox meetings.
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key stakeholders, suppliers and transport companies through good communication channels.
• Produce reports and statistics regularly to monitor and action specific supply chain-based performance measurement systems, including service logs, training registers and safety records.
• Create requisitions for required parts, working within budgetary constraints.

What is required?

• Certificate/Diploma in Warehousing & Logistics (Desirable).
• LF Forklift Ticket.
• C Class Drivers Licence (HR an advantage).
• Intermediate experience in a supply leadership or similar position.
• Experience using MS Office suit with a good understanding of excel spreadsheets and analysis.
• Schedule 26.
