Mining Wear Parts (MWP) is an Australian-owned and operated manufacturer and supplier of premium wear parts and components for the mining, quarrying, and recycling industries. Wholly owned by Mineral Resources, MWP proudly has one of the largest stock holdings of parts and components to suit most makes and models of crushers currently in operation in the Australian market. 

We  are seeking an experienced and highly organized Warehouse Supervisor to oversee the efficient management of materials and logistics activities at our Henderson Warehouse on full-time basis, working Monday to Friday.

About the Role

• Oversee and mentor a dedicated material and logistics team
• Manage inventory control systems
• Coordinate with contractors and internal stakeholders
• Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with industry standards
• Drive cost-efficiency initiatives and process improvements
• Prepare reports and provide strategic insights 

About You

• Extensive experience in materials/logistics supervision, preferably in the mining or heavy industrial sector.
• Qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field will be an advantage
• Strong knowledge of warehousing, inventory control, and logistics processes.
• Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Pronto, Coupa) and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Commitment to safety excellence and operational integrity.
• Forklift ticket.
• Schedule 26.
